In February 2014 Ofsted rated both our school and residential care as ‘Outstanding‘ for the third successive time.

Our vision is to enable our young people to live life to the full in a challenging and constantly changing world

Since 1901, we have welcomed students with moderate to severe learning difficulties, ASD and associated communication difficulties.

We accommodate a wide range of learning requirements and offer a personalised education programme according to the individual needs of the young person.

We work with our young people to build self-worth, aspiration and a sense of belonging, helping them develop a happy, meaningful and healthy lifestyle.

We offer both short breaks and residential care in our purpose built house St Josephs located within the school grounds.

Our committed, bespoke, holistic approach to education makes a positive difference to the personal, social and learning lives of each young person in our care.
