Students have been taking part in different work experience placements around the school and the local community. They have been developing their catering skills in school by helping in the kitchen preparing meals for other students.
Some had work experience in a local nursery called Busy Bees making sure the children had a safe and fun day. Other students had their work experience in Boots Uxbridge, making sure the products were in good condition and in the right place.
In Summer term 2017 students will start work experience at Brunel University, working in three different departments of the University: distribution centre, ground keeping and housekeeping.
All students are having a good time and very much looking forward to continuing their work experience around the local community! Thank you to those organisations who have supported us, your help is greatly appreciated.
