Visit to Tate Britain – March 2017

Students from Class 4N enjoyed visiting Tate Britain for an Art workshop. At the gallery they met two amazing artists and were shown great pieces of art work as inspiration.

Students were encouraged to work in a team and decided to build models of ‘safe spaces’.They were invited to use a range of materials such as cardboards, paper and colourful fabric to create models of safe bedrooms.

Everyone was given the opportunity to become designers and artists and had a really great day.
